Product Description:
This enzyme is isolated and purified from the plasmid cloned with the DNA polymerase gene of Thermococcus Kodakaraensis in E. coli after induced expression. The super 3 '→5' exonuclease activity of this enzyme makes its amplification fidelity higher than that of Pfu DNA polymerase. It can obtain high output amplification products in a short time. It is especially suitable for high fidelity amplification of PCR products within 6kb. The amplified DNA is flat end and can be used in molecular biology experiments such as gene cloning, expression and mutation analysis.
