Pfu DNA Polymerase

This enzyme is a highly thermostable DNA polymerase from thermophilic bacteria. It can catalyze the polymerization of deoxynucleotides in the direction of 5 '→ 3' and dependent on the DNA template. Different from Taq DNA polymerase, Pfu DNA polymerase has an exonuclease activity of 3 '→ 5', so the probability of errors during PCR amplification is greatly reduced.
